Established in 1984, the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) Singapore Chapter is a professional community connecting power and energy engineers, researchers, academics, and industry practitioners. The Chapter advances knowledge, professional development, and collaboration across the electric power sector through technical seminars, conferences, workshops, industry visits, networking sessions and other knowledge-sharing events. These activities provide members with opportunities to exchange ideas, explore emerging technologies, and stay informed on developments shaping modern power systems. The Chapter also supports students and young professionals, strengthens links between academia and industry, and contributes to a more reliable, sustainable, and innovative energy future in Singapore
