Xueyong Chin

Xueyong is an Executive Director in DBS’ Project Finance team based in Singapore with over 15 years of experience structuring and financing projects across Asia Pacific.

He has advised sponsors on major projects including cross-border HVDC interconnectors, green hydrogen and railway projects, while his broader experience spans transactions in power & utilities, energy, petrochemicals, transport and mining, with a focus on bankability, risk allocation and financial modelling.  

He has also contributed extensively to the bank’s digital transformation initiatives relating to credit architecture, AI, data structuring and user experience. Prior to project finance, he covered large corporates within the energy and infrastructure sectors as part of DBS’ industry coverage team.
