Praveen Lala

Praveen Lala is the President International at Kimbal, where he is responsible for accelerating strategic growth and expanding the company’s global footprint across established and emerging markets. Based in Singapore, he brings over 25 years of executive experience driving commercial strategy and operational transformation across the global energy and technology sectors. 

Prior to joining Kimbal, he held several senior leadership roles across GE Vernova, GE Digital, GE Power, and GE Oil & Gas. Throughout his career, he has led regional delivery organizations, large-scale business transformations, and cross-functional global teams. His core expertise spans commercial management, Lean transformation, process optimization, customer engagement, and operational scalability. 

An alumnus of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, he holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and has completed executive education programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Known for his strategic foresight and collaborative leadership style, he is dedicated to fostering innovation, building high-performing teams, and driving sustainable, long-term business value worldwide.
