Mandy Leung

Mandy Leung is currently Director – Corporate Strategy at CLP Power Hong Kong, where she leads long-term planning and business strategies that support the company’s energy transition agenda. With over two decades of experience in the power industry, she has held senior leadership roles across asset management, power grid planning, regulatory management and major infrastructure project delivery. 

A Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a Chartered Engineer, Mandy is actively engaged in advancing the engineering profession through institutional service, professional development, mentorship, education outreach, and advocacy for diversity and inclusion. She holds a Master of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Science in Engineering and Master of Laws from The University of Hong Kong.
