At LITEON Technology, Jason serves as Associate Vice President leading the Direct Current Microgrid and data center infrastructure venture. He owns P&L, product strategy, and ecosystem development, and has built a partner network that includes SOFC, electronics, cooling, and global colocation providers—positioning LITEON as an emerging orchestrator of DC-powered AI infrastructure for regulated and edge markets.

Previously as Chief Transformation Officer at LITEON, Jason launched the LITEON 2030 “Internet of Energy” vision and led digital and AI initiatives to triple the market cap of LINTEON. It also improved OPEX despite top-line pressure. He drove material cost and inventory optimization and created an integrated management dashboard that brought together financial performance, market signals, and GenAI insights for faster, board-level decision-making.

Before joining LITEON, Jason spent nearly a decade at Microsoft in senior regional roles, including Chief of Staff for Greater China Region (GCR) and Asia Pacific, COO of Microsoft Taiwan, and AI & Transformation Lead for GCR. He led multi-country strategy, cloud and AI go-to-market transformation, and CxO engagements in financial services, telecommunications, and public sector, helping grow cloud revenue mix from under 30% to over 50% in GCR and enabling Microsoft’s PRC cloud entry via 21Vianet.

Across both technology and energy sectors, he is known for creating new ventures, orchestrating ecosystems, and turning mega trends into executable strategy.
