Georgie Skipper is the Founder and CEO of Lucetia Group, a strategic advisory firm working across governments, institutional investors and industry to mobilise capital for the energy transition, critical infrastructure and supply chain resilience across the Indo-Pacific. With over 15 years of experience spanning foreign policy, investment and energy, Georgie has worked extensively on the development, financing and delivery of large-scale energy transition infrastructure. She was previously part of the executive leadership team at Sun Cable, a USD 22 billion renewable energy infrastructure project spanning Australia, Singapore and Indonesia, where she led government and market engagement across the three countries. Georgie is a Board Member of the Green Grids Initiative, recently mandated by the COP30 Presidency to advance its Action Agenda for the Expansion and Resilience of Grids, and co-chairs its Asia-Pacific Working Group alongside UN ESCAP. Earlier in her career, Georgie served as Senior Adviser to Australia’s Foreign Minister, the Hon. Julie Bishop, and principal adviser on the United States and Indo-Pacific. She is a Fulbright Scholar, Research Affiliate at MIT Sloan, and Co-Founder of the MIT Murray Lab for Innovation, Deep Tech and Geopolitics
