Gabriel Lim is Founder and CEO of Blue Whale Energy, a Singapore-based energy technology company aggregating battery storage across commercial and industrial sites into a virtual power plant that provides grid flexibility and ancillary services. Blue Whale Energy was selected for the Energy Market Authority’s Virtual Power Plant Regulatory Sandbox alongside SP Group and Nanyang Technological University.
A software engineer by training, Gabriel previously founded and led Saleswhale (Y Combinator S16), which was acquired by US$5.2 billion Silicon Valley company 6sense in December 2021.
