Bernhard Meyhoefer

Bernhard Meyhoefer is the Clean Energy Expert at the Technical Assistance Facility to the Green Team Europe Initiative (TAF-GTEI). He brings more than 30 years of experience developing and managing clean energy, energy management and resource efficiency programmes for public and private sector partners and companies across Asia. 

His expertise spans energy policy analysis, financing instruments, energy modelling, capacity building, and adapting European clean energy technologies to Asian markets. Working with European consulting organisations, he has led numerous programmes that translate policy objectives into practical implementation. He combines strong project management skills with effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership to advance clean energy investment and regional cooperation.
